The Filtech faucet water filter works as expected. Catches impurities in water which usually goes unnoticed without the filter. The filter cartridge changes from a white to a dark brown in a few weeks indicating that it has done its job of providing clean drinking water. Highly recommended!

Delivered the next day after ordering online and was so easy to install. No need to pay for installation coz you can do it yourself and use it immediately without having to waste so much water before you can start drinking the water. Size and design is perfect on the sink where you can easily place the filter and access your drinking water. Highly recommended. Just wonder how to know when to replace the filters. Wish there was in indication on the device.

Although Singapore tap water / PUB encourages us to just drink straight from the tap, I figured no harm trying to use filter (although I'm not entirely sure how effective it is, water at my area is v clean) but this entry price tap filter fits the bill.

UPDATE ONE: To my astonishment, this is a fake china product after I cut it open. Not made in Japan as claimed. You can see that the elements inside are totally different from description.I have to put 5 stars because if you put lower than that, your review will NOT be posted.The company has no physical office and is NOT registered with ACRA. Selling a low quality China product to gain a high profit margin is a lack of integrity. BE VERY CAREFUL what you are drinking from.Even the shower head is made in China and can be purchased on many e-commerce platforms at a low cost. They have no certification to prove that their products are made in Japan. Very disappointed.UPDATE TWO: They managed to remove the photo evidences in my review -_-"

The Xeltro CT22 Countertop Water Filter has been indeed revolutionary to my daily living. The water coming out from my tap has been not fully clear, even yellowish sometimes. After using the filter, my water tastes so much better and is pure clear. The customer service has been 11/10 supportive even though they do not provide installation.
