I use the Filtra Plus FWF177 water filter on my kitchen sink tap. I am very happy with this easy-to-use system compared with filter pitchers. Switching between filtered and non-filtered water is truly a breeze. I strongly recommend all Singapore households to use this filtration system. Installation is quite easy. Do note that you may have to remove an inner silicon ring if you are using the universal adapter in order to suit your tap size.

I recently purchased a water purification system from Filtech and I’m really impressed with how easy everything was. What I like most is that it’s designed for self-installation — no complicated tools, no waiting around for technicians. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and I managed to set it up quickly without any hassle. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the water tastes noticeably cleaner. It’s reassuring knowing I can maintain or replace the filters on my own without extra service fees.I also appreciate that the brand focuses on practical, user-friendly solutions. It’s convenient, cost-effective, and gives you full control over your home’s water quality.Definitely a great option if you’re looking for a simple, reliable water purification system you can install yourself.

I have using the filter for many years, so far the quality of the product is good, no complain, you will only need to do filter replacement around half yearly. The price of the filter is much cheaper than others. Very economy and good quality.

I’ve been using Filtech Singapore’s water filtration products for a while now, and I can confidently say their filters are among the best I’ve tried. The improvement in water quality was noticeable right from the first use — cleaner taste, no chlorine smell, and a much smoother feel overall. It gives me peace of mind knowing my family is drinking and cooking with properly filtered water.Installation was straightforward, and the build quality of their filters is solid and durable. What I really appreciate is that their replacement filters are easy to install and actually last as long as advertised. Some brands claim long filter lifespans but don’t deliver — Filtech does.Customer service has also been excellent. The team responds quickly, is knowledgeable about their products, and offers honest recommendations based on my needs instead of pushing the most expensive option. Shipping is fast, and the items always arrive securely packed.Overall, Filtech Singapore has earned my trust. Their filters work, the water quality is consistently good, and the service is dependable. If you’re looking for a reliable water filtration solution that offers great value for money, I highly recommend Filtech. They’ve made a real difference in my household.

It works and the water taste clean. Sg gov added new water into our water system and the taste was awful. Luckily Filtech works really well and my mom was using the water filter system and give a many positive feedback. Prior to that, she was given a water system from my young bro, after 1 week of used, she ditched the system away as the water still has the drainage taste. This is all good now.

Bought counter top filter on 15 Aug 2025. Installation was simple and straightforward. Was initially concerned whether the water flow strong or not. Pleasantly glad that the flow is strong and steady. Previously used a different brand but stopped after prices of its replacement parts kept increasing year after year. I found Filtech’s prices reasonable including its replacement parts. Happy with my purchase.

The water filter fits very snugly at the corner of my sink. It is very easy to install and aesthetically, neat looking. Initially I thought that I would not have the space for it and had ordered a small table to be placed adjoining to the sink. The table is now not needed. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. It is value-for-money, no fuss and hopefully will do its job (a bit early for me to tell). Will order from Filtech again. Thanks.

We use the Filtraplus Faucet filter and it works really well. Easy to install and to switch between filtered water for consumption and normal tap water for washing dishes. While SG tap water is potable, we do like the extra protection from the filter to exclude sediment and anything else that might be picked up as the water flows through the pipes to our taps. No change in taste.

One of the most affordable filters, price wise. Was easy to install as well. Although Singapore tap water / PUB encourages us to just drink straight from the tap, I figured no harm trying to use filter (although I'm not entirely sure how effective it is, water at my area is v clean) but this entry price tap filter fits the bill.

UPDATE ONE: To my astonishment, this is a fake china product after I cut it open. Not made in Japan as claimed. You can see that the elements inside are totally different from description.I have to put 5 stars because if you put lower than that, your review will NOT be posted. The company has no physical office and is NOT registered with ACRA. Selling a low quality China product to gain a high profit margin is a lack of integrity. BE VERY CAREFUL what you are drinking from.Even the shower head is made in China and can be purchased on many e-commerce platforms at a low cost. They have no certification to prove that their products are made in Japan. Very disappointed.UPDATE TWO: They managed to remove the photo evidences in my review -_-"

We use the Filtra Plus FWF 177 for over a year now and we absolutely love the ease of use! We change the filter on a regular base and the quality of water is excellent. We whole heartedly recommend this product and the company.Last week the lantern ring broke and Filtech replaced the ring for free. Thank you Filtech for your great Service!

Worth investing in this water filter. Product came as per described. I can taste the difference without it. Feel safe drinking directly without boiling.

Bought a water filter from filtech and it is easy to install and best part is that the water doesn’t have the funny taste if I were to boil it directly from the tap. Guess the pipe must have been dirty. Recommended

Purchased a FWF 177 and a Xeltro CT22 that were recommended by a colleague. Was impressed with the water pressure of the FWF 177, and the filtration of CT22.It is shocking to see how much sediments/impurities there is in the water before filtering.

The Xeltro CT22 Countertop Water Filter has been indeed revolutionary to my daily living. The water coming out from my tap has been not fully clear, even yellowish sometimes. After using the filter, my water tastes so much better and is pure clear. The customer service has been 11/10 supportive even though they do not provide installation. As a female who has no idea on how to install, I managed to easily with their help over whatsapp. Very good product!

Bought their Xeltro water filter and Im very impressed with the effectiveness of it. Very lasting filter which only need to be replaced twice a year and very affordable. I switched from a 3M one and not regretting my decision, recommended.

I have been an avid fan of Filtech's products. From water filters to shower heads and their bathroom accessories, they are all built to last and affordable. My skin has improved tremendously after a year of using their shower heads and my tap water has never tasted any better with their water purifier. Got to love their excellent customer service and quick response too.

Easy installation and very effective water filter. Didn't know how much rust I have been drinking from my tap until I started using this filter. Next thing to do is to replace all my taps and pipes, better late than never thankfully.

My favourite Water Filter Supplier. I'm using their tap water filter, filter shower head, water purifier jug. I must say that they are as good as the famous brands out there with an extremely affordable price tag.
