Will there be installation service?

As we are mainly wholesalers and distributors, we do not provide installation services. However, we do have contacts of third party installation contractors whom can be of service if need be. If you are renovating your house or bathroom and have contractors to install your bathroom fittings and sanitary ware, you can request them to assist you with the installation of these accessories.

Is it difficult to install the bathroom accessories myself?

Do not worry because it is fairly simple and extremely manageable.

All you need is a Drill (with the right bit and function) if you do not have existing holes on the wall from a previous accessory, a Screwdriver and an Allen / Hex key.

Will they rust or corrode?

Our bathroom accessories are all coated with our Filtech Technology Coating which equip them with an Anti-Rust and Anti-Corrosion layer. This coating ensures that our metal bathroom accessories, which constantly get in contact with water, have the longest possible lifespan. In addition to corrosion prevention, our Filtech Technology Coating also boasts chemical protection and a non-stick layer made to withstand the harshest of surrounding conditions.

How do I maintain my bathroom accessories?

With proper care and usage of bathroom accessories from Filtech, you can definitely insure their durability. Therefore, there are several guidelines and precautions to take when using them and during cleaning.

  • Avoid using cleaning agents which contain any form of acids including phosphoric and hydrochloric acid. These include detergents containing chlorine and bleaching agents as well as they can cause severe damage to your bathroom accessories.
  • Try not to use abrasive or rough cleaning cloths for wiping as they may scratch and harm surfaces.
  • To clean your bathroom accessories, spray or apply cleaning solutions onto a cloth instead of direct spraying on the product to avoid damage. When you are done, ensure that no solution is left to reside on your product.
